On 30 September 2013, Dustin and Fiona went to Paterson, New Jersey, with one of Fiona’s friends, Graham, and his dad, Erik. The goal was to see a waterfall, the Great Falls of the Passaic, as part of our homeschool preschool unit on water. On our way to the falls through Paterson Great Falls National Historical Park, we ran across a bell that Fiona and Graham found far more fascinating than any water tumbling over a cliff.
