We’ve made a train trip to the farm an annual fall tradition. This year we took Metro-North’s Hudson Line to Beacon, where we boarded a bus and visited a couple of farms. At Fishkill Farms in Hopewell Junction, a giant bag of apples—picked by hand by us—was the prize we took home. —Dustin
